Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation Before Shipment

●      Customers can request order cancellations before the order is shipped.

●      To cancel an order, please contact our customer support team via phone (+91 9709244244) or email (helpdesk@gitabook.com) with your order details.

●      If the cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be credited within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.

2. Cancellation After Shipment

● Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.  

3. Prepaid Orders

●      For prepaid orders, the refund will be credited within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

●      If the order is canceled before shipment, the full amount will be refunded.

●      If the order is canceled due to unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailability), a full refund will be issued automatically.

4. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders

●      COD orders can be canceled before shipment by notifying our customer service team.

●      Failure to accept a COD order upon delivery may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.

5. Exceptions

●      Custom-made or specially ordered books cannot be canceled after the order has been placed.

●      Orders that have already been processed for shipment cannot be canceled.
