● If the cancellation request is approved, the refund (if applicable) will be credited within 5-7 business days through the original payment method.
2. Cancellation After Shipment
● Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
3. Prepaid Orders

For prepaid orders, the refund
will be credited within 5-7 business days after cancellation confirmation.

If the order is canceled before
shipment, the full amount will be refunded.

If the order is canceled due to
unforeseen circumstances (such as stock unavailability), a full refund will be issued automatically.
●
COD orders can be canceled before
shipment by notifying our customer service team.
●
Failure to accept a COD order upon
delivery may lead to restrictions on future COD purchases.
●
Custom-made or specially ordered
books cannot be canceled
after the order has been placed.
●
Orders that have already been
processed for shipment cannot be canceled.
