Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear image of the
issue.

Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect book, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a
replacement or refund.
3.
Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order is lost in transit and not delivered within the
estimated delivery time, we will initiate a full refund.

Orders placed by mistake or due to
a change of mind.

or any downloadable content).

Any book marked as final sale or non-returnable.
