Eligibility for Refund

- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective book, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a clear image of the issue. We will assess the damage and arrange for a replacement or refund as appropriate.
- Incorrect Item Received: If you receive an incorrect book that does not match your order, notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or refund. Please ensure that the item is in its original condition with all packaging intact.
- Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order is lost in transit and not delivered within the estimated delivery time, we will conduct an investigation with our shipping partner. Once confirmed, we will initiate a full refund of your order amount.
Important: All refund requests must be made within 7 days of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be eligible for processing. Please ensure you inspect your order upon delivery and report any issues promptly.
Non-Refundable Items
To maintain fairness and quality standards, certain items and situations are not eligible for refunds. Please review the following carefully:
- Books Without Original Packaging: Books that are returned without original packaging or are used and not in resalable condition will not be eligible for a refund. We expect all returned items to be in the same condition as received.
- Orders Placed by Mistake: Orders placed by mistake or due to a change of mind are not eligible for refunds. We encourage customers to review their orders carefully before completing the purchase.
- Digital Products: Digital products such as e-books, PDFs, or any downloadable content cannot be refunded once they have been accessed or downloaded.
- Final Sale Items: Any book marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" at the time of purchase is not eligible for refund or exchange under any circumstances.
