Order IDs typically start with "GBS" followed by a series of numbers (e.g., GBS123456789).

Tracking information becomes available once your order has been dispatched from our facility. Please note:

• Tracking details are usually available within 24-48 hours after dispatch
• Orders placed on weekends will be processed on the next business day
• During high-volume periods, tracking updates may take longer
• Standard delivery time is 7-15 business days from order confirmation
